The rooms were beautifully decorated and very comfortable, offering a serene escape from the lively streets outside. The hospitality from the staff, especially Karam and Mohammed, was exceptional, making every effort to ensure we enjoyed our time. However, the cancellation policy needs to be more flexible, as I had a problematic experience when needing to cancel. Overall, I felt it was a great value for money despite a few minor hiccups.
